Mastopexy involves the removal of excess breast skin and reshaping of breast tissue, resulting in a more youthful looking breast. Lifting of the breasts can be predictably achieved with scars that are usually well hidden. Most patients are very happy with their results. The best results are seen in women with average body weights and firm skin tone. The Surgery If concomitant augmentation is required, this can be done through the incisions used for the mastopexy.
